So basically the only good thing about this hotel is the location near beach. The state of the property is horrible. The phone did not work, the window aluminium shade didnt work. The plugs are far from dresser which is wierd. The staffare not helpful at all. The way to get to the hotel by train was a horrible experience pretty much the train station is deserted , i had to walk in the dark for half an hour ti get to civilation. They could tell guests that they need to get off at the previous station which is much bigger and there are many taxi and only an hour drive although the taxi is super expensive.then when leaving i paid throughexpedi and they wanted me to pay again??????? This is ridiculous.

Hotel Regina
The hotel is in the centre and very convenient to access places including bars and many restaraunts. The staff are very friendly and breakfast is good and plentiful. There is no air con or coffee making facility's.

Ok hotel but not 3 star
It was ok hotel but doesnt meet 3 star. The breakfast was quite poor, good thing though were pancakes. The room itself was not at all renovated, bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Be careful with receptionist (the one who works in the morning and proceeds with check-in/out procedure) and check what is actually included in the price that you pay. Especially check whether the beach with seats is included. He was telling that it wasnt icluded in the price and wanted extra money.However, receptionist from the beach confirmed that 2 seats with umbrella were part of the price. It created a bit uncomfortable stay due to uncleanness with costs. Overall, it is a good place to stay in budget hotel next to the seaside.

Ho soggiornato in questo Albergo per una sola notte ma ho subito Apprezzato La sua Vicinanza al mare e la tranquillità della via in cui si trova ( quindi stanza silenziosa e con vista mare ). Ci tornerò ! 🔝🔝

Soggiorno freddoloso a costo elevato
Struttura vecchia, senza caloriferi con due condizionatori che non riscaldavano. Tipica pensione anni 50. Costo eccessivo per la locazione offerta. Avremo sempre meno turisti stranieri. non siamo assolutamente competitivi con il turismo europeo.

Di ottimo solo la colazione... Il personale molto deludente, la ragazza della reception sembrava infastidita e maleducata, quando sei a contatto con il cliente gentilezza e sorriso non guastano mai... La camera pulita ma doccia incrostata di calcare.. Bagno piccolo e porta della doccia che non si chiudeva..

Hotell nära havet
Bodde på hotellet i 4 nätter som ligger nära havet. Vi fick ett rum mot gatan med en balkong som fungerande strålande. Lite tråkig frukost i källaren men OK. Svårt med parkeringsmöjligheter så man får parkera på gatan. Kan rekommendera detta hotell.

200 m till stranden, flertalet väldigt bra restauranger i närområdet, kostnadsfri parkering på gatan utanför hotellet, mindre än 200 m till en km lång strandpromenad. Jättefint.

Great hotel close to the beach.
We liked our stay at Regina Hotel. The free bike rental was a big plus. Got a room with balcony with ocean view. Nice staff, especially the breakfast staff. Freshly made pancakes *yum yum*. I can highly recommend staying here. It can be a bit tricky with finding a parking but there is a big area around the hotel where it is free. It gets easier to get a slot in the evening. We managed to get one on the same street.

Bon séjour à partir du moment où vous ne restez pas à l'hôtel, celui ci ne mérite pas de figurer dans vos choix. La nuit est très chère pour ces prestations, comment prendre une douche dans 60x60 je regrette et ne compte plus y revenir de plus je n'en ferai pas de pub

Albergo a 100 mt. dal mare.
L'albergo andrebbe un po' rinnovato ma in generale tutto ok. Pulizia ok. Ubicato al centro e circa a 100 metri dal mare. Personale gentilissimo e cortese. Nota di merito per la colazione,salata/dolce, in abbondanza ed in particolare la proprietaria,gentilissima e simpatica, che sforna crepes a tutto spiano. Lo consiglio.

soggiornato in questo albergo con prenotazione last minute. In sostanza è stata una esperienza che valutiamo positivamente (scelta derivata anche dalla qualità/prezzo). i fattori determinanti della nostra valutazione sono stati i seguenti: gentilezza del personale (titolari), ottima colazione. Se posso esprimere una nota negativa direi che il bagno è troppo piccolo anche se funzionante (aveva tutti gli accessori al posto giusto).

tolle Unterkunft für erholsame Tage!
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, welches uns super gefallen hat. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist klasse gelegen: nur paar Meter bis zur Strandpromenade mit vielen Restaurants und Stränden.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel perché è abbastanza vicino al luogo in cui si svolge il carnevale di Viareggio. Abbiamo trovato il personale molto disponibile e gentile,la colazione era molto abbondante e l'interno dell'hotel semplice ma pulito.
