The hotel provided us with what we needed. Its proximity to the surrounding streets for dining options, shopping and the night market was great. Breakfast options were great providing the choices of western and Asian style food. Airport pick up and drop off was so helpful.

Everything was great about the hotel. Only gripe would be that the cleaning staff kept coming in to clean our room when e lwft the sign out to "do not disturb". Otherwise a very nice hotel.

A truly beautiful hotel with excellent presentation and atmosphere. From check-in to concierge, to the cafés and restaurants, every staff member I encountered was polite, professional, and attentive. Even without using many of the amenities, the service and environment made the stay memorable. A place that reflects both elegance and genuine care.

"We booked 3 rooms and stayed a night before our international flight. It was terrible experience, too crowded and under staffing. Not so many activities for kids. Food quality was bad, we got abdominal pain with diarrhea after eating breakfast buffet. Would not recommend this resort."
