Overall the resort were good. However, it doesn't deserved 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. We didn't have shampoos in all rooms. Some rooms had shampoos and conditioners bottles empty. Then I called the room service and sent us little bottles. 2. The first night we had dinner at Atlantis restaurant. The service was flawless but the food was average. We ordered Canh Chua, tasteless and very disappointing. 3. The next day we decided to order food outsie for our group of more than 25 people via the grab service delivered at gate 2, we asked if we could call a car service that helped us take us to our villas, our request was denied and we had to carry heavy bags up the hill to get inline in order to get the car service to our villas.

Great facilities and restaurant choices. Water park and sport activities are added wonderful bonuses. Poor service at check-in though as we had to queue up, then argued about the ages of our kids for kid prices and had no drinks offered.

I liked everything. The service was spot on Everytime I needed ANYTHING AT ALL I dialed "0". So quiet. Very much a family vacation. The breakfast buffet will blow your mind. Beyond authentic and tasty. One down side... The pools are too warm. Need to add cold water periodically.

Amazing beach resort experience
The best beach resort experience I've had so far. The whole resort is impressively clean and very well maintained - grass is trimmed, plants are pruned, pavements are cleared of debris, every corner is just neat and tidy. The people are polite and attentive. Food is consistently exceptional. Environment is peaceful and calming. You have privacy yet do not need to be in a remote place. The ocean view is just breath-taking - words just can't do justice. Imagine the ocean greeting you every morning you wake up. Definitely going into my "visit again" list!

The property is high quality in service and amenities. I counted about 11 pools all on the property. Access to the beach was convenient. There is so much to do ranging from water park, movie theater, spa treatments, fine dining, etc. I can’t wait to go back with my husband and sister and her family!

I had a great time in Alma. All staffs are very friendly and kind. So they usually provide quick and polite responses. Unfortunately in my case, we stayed during Tet holiday, only a restaurant opened. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner the same restaurant every day. I wanted to enjoy food all restaurants in Alma. But I can understand about that. We hope to stay again soon!! Thanks❤️

This resort was perfect! We were a family of 4 with our 5 and 7 years old children. There was a lot to do with them and everything was free (except if you want to rent a tube for the pools or « lazy » river and for others activities for children as a course to do cupcakes, pizza or something like that). Lots of pools, a great not crowded beach, splash Park, kid club, youth club, giant chess play, some swings, sand boxes, Frisbee, kites and other things. The only downside of the resort is the average yet expensive food. But the breakfast is awesome with a lot a variety. The staff is always smiling and welcoming with a lot of nice hello. Finally, everything was perfectly taking care of on the resort and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Thank you for this nice stay.

어린 아기 혹은 유아와 함께 방문한다면 최고의 리조트라고 할 수 있을 듯 하다. 마트가 있어서 급하게 해결이 가능하고 직원들이 많고 친절하고 일을 잘 해서 항상 기분이 좋고 일 처리가 빠르다. 키즈클럽 하나도 유아들은 일주일도 질리지 않고 숙박이 가능할 것 같다. 수질은 샤워필터 필요함, 수건은 어떤 업체가 세탁한 수건이냐에 따라 달라짐. 어느 날은 뽀송향긋한데 어느날은 물비린내가 난다. 리조트 조경이 아주 잘 관리가 되어 있고 어딜 가든 깨끗하다. 이것 또한 직원들의 힘인 것 같다. 단점은 한 가지, 리셉션이 외부에 있어서 너무 덥다.. 이거 하나만 아니었으면 나트랑 올 때마다 알마에 숙박했을 듯 하다. 근데 리셉션 더운 거 하나가 너무 커서 한번 더 놀러올 예정인데 어떻게 할지 고민이 된다.

비치프론트, 아침에 일어나서 보는 바다는 정말 최곱니다. 남태평양 바다와 비교할곳은 아니지만, 여기는 날씨만 좋으면 일출이 보이지 않을까 싶습니다. 제가 있는동안에는 흐려서 구름 뒤로 빨간 색만 보였습니다. 아침에 일어나 해뜨는시간에 맨발로 산책하는것도 좋습니다. 아침식사도 맛있습니다. 고수 못먹는 사람, 어르신도 식사 맛있게 하셨습니다. 특히 바게트 빵과 요거트, 화이트 커피는 좋았습니다. 수영장이 많아 편했고, 체크 아웃한 뒤에 더 놀수 있고, 수건, 샤워시설 이용 가능했습니다. 가족 여행에 최고였습니다. 추천 합니다 ^^

전체적으로 가족과 함께 지내기에는 좋은 곳이다. 한국과 같이 음력으로 새해를 보내는 Tet 명절이라 리조트 숙박요금이 비성수기에 비해 2배 이상인데 비해, 청결은 별로였다. 6박동안 침대는 시트교체없이 정리만 해 주고, 바닥에는 머리카락이 그대로 바닥청소를 해주지 않았다. 청소하는 직원에게 직접 요청해서 한번 침대시트 교체, 바닥청소하는 것을 봤다.

아이와 함께 오기엔 좋은 숙박업소네요. 수영장도 많아서 붐비지도 않고 손목밴드만 있으면 다 결제 가능해서 편했어요~마지막 체크아웃때 결제하면 되니 좋네요!! 다만 아쉬운점은 세탁 금액이 작년에 다녀온 사람들 후기에 비해 너무많이 올랐어요… 세탁 건조 코인 두개에 60만동이라 비싸더군요. 가족끼리 오기에 좋은 장소였습니다. !!
