"Terrible experience!! Going thru a major remodel!! Pool closed and a toilet sitting by the pool, dirty check in at side door, no breakfast available at Hampton, was told to go next door to Fairfield inn, this hotel should have been closed for remodel. "
"The property is nothing like the pictures they show. It is a very old property and is falling apart. It was an ok stay, staff was ok and no breakfest items. Find some place else to stay. "

"Friendly, and attentive staff. Breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30am on the weekend, whuch was too late for my departure; however, they had coffee available earlier than the breakfast time. Pool was a bit too small (wanted to swim laps but there were a couple of kids in there already so there wasnt room for me to swim laps."
"Bathroom had 20 or so live sewer flies, plus dead flies tucked into bath towel. Other obvious maintenance issues (bathtub faucet dripping steady steam of water, bare light bulbs, dead light bulbs, exposed electrical parts for keyless lock, frost filled mini fridge, etc). Truly worst room I've ever seen. I was going to stay regardless since sewer flies aren't a disease vector and just ask staff for a fly swatter when I saw a small roach in the bathroom wall. I decided immediately to not stay. Front desk staff was polite about my decision. Offered to have housekeeping clean the room again but the issues (roaches) went beyond what a quick sprucing could fix. Property should not be offered on hotels.com. (I have stayed at many bare-bones, budget hotels across the US with no concerns. This is the only time I have ever chosen to walk out.)"
"This was a wonderful two night stay for me and my daughter at the Inn at Warm Springs. Our room was clean and warm and large ! We went for great hikes in West Virginia and also went for a fantastic soak at the Victorian warm springs and which are right across the road from the hotel . Dinner was delicious, and the breakfast was amazing !!! "
