My first time at a Bed and Breakfast and I cannot wait to go back!! Jim our Inn Keeper could not have been more gracious and helpful. The Inn was spotless and I felt very comfortable and "at home". Breakfast was excellent and a real treat!! Definitely will be going back for another stay!

Charming and Historical

Wonderful local inn full of charm and local history. Inn was clean and very comfortable. Owner was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure all of our needs were met. Excellent alternative to standard hotels.

The Columbia bike/hike trail is very nearby & we enjoyed 2 days of biking. Bill is a friendly, accommodating host & the building is renovated beautifully.

Raritan Inn is Awesome!

What a wonderful B&B! my wife and I were super impressed with the quality of restoration of this historic house. Brooke, our host was incredibly attentive and accomodating. Home made breakfast in the dining room was delicious. Highly recommend this stay!

We had a great experience at the Raritan Inn from start to finish. They were very welcoming of our family -- the two of us and our toddler -- and the area was exactly what we had hoped for in a brief getaway to explore nature and a few towns of Western New Jersey. The owners & manager were all welcoming, the property is beautiful, and we easily found our way around (with a car, which is absolutely necessary) to Chester and Clinton, where we spent much of our days. At night, while our daughter slept, we brought in food from local restaurants (multiple choices open reasonably late) and relaxed downstairs at the house. Highly recommended and better-than-advertised!
