Caliente Trip

If you're booked in the Studio tower, be prepared to walk about 100 yards to the elevator, once you pass the door to the rooms. We thought we upgraded to city view room but was told they were all out and were not charged for the upgrade. The hotel conveniently put snacks and water on the locked fridge and are immediately charged if anything is moved. Rather than dispute the charge, my wife ate the chocolate covered macadamia nuts

This hotel is always very clean. It has several pools that are clean and well maintained. My favorite is the infinity pool. All the staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and have a great view.

Lots of food options, property was clean and very well maintained. Loved the pool. Check in was easy. An upgrade was offered. Las Vegas loop was super convenient since we needed to get to the convention center and it was cheaper than uber/Lyft.

Probably the most beautiful hotel and casino I've ever seen in State of the art the rooms are immaculate and the casino floor is over the top beautiful

We had a great time. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They have a variety of food options and have great location on the strip. We enjoyed the pool. The check-in process could be expedited but we had a great experience overall. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will stay again and highly recommend.
