"We were so happy to swim in the indoor heated pool and the lovely warm sauna was perfect after a day of exploring the old town. The breakfast we received as we waited for our taxi to the airport was delicious . Perfect location, great staff, comfortable bed!"

"From the moment you check in at this lovely hotel everything is of a very good standard. The people, the property itself are all at a high standard. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and all staff are very helpful. Used the indoor spa whist I was here which is very nice. Had breakfast in the hotel and that was very nice as well. All in all a lovely hotel with very good staff. "

"Stayed during the “off season” so the hotel had a small number of guests. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The morning breakfast was amazing. Hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach and it’s a short walk to the marina where there is an abundance of restaurants. Highly recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza. "

"Lovely marina view. Fantastic staff and welcome upon arrival and breakfast was fantastic. Outside pool area lovely but Puro Beach pool and beach area needs a good clean. (Understand we are out of season)

"A beautiful hotel, great facilities and exceptional food. Lunch and cocktails in the bar, the buffet breakfasts and fine dining in Tropis were all delicious and not ridiculously priced. The staff literally couldn't do enough for us, from welcoming us, helping with luggage, booking activities and every interaction in between, everyone was very helpful, spoke beautiful English and made our trip very enjoyable. "
