"Beautiful hotel, lovely staff all very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, I loved the breakfast and the two evening meals we had were top quality. You can also order drinks and snacks during the day if you are relaxing at the property. The room was perfect (cascata, room 10) very private with lovely views and everything you need.
It was worrying driving up the road the first time as it is very steep and with a sheer drop off the edge of the car park and road but to be honest after one day driving in Madeira you are used to it!"
