"The Sheraton hotel and staff was excellent, however booking thru Hotels.com and using their customer service is an absolute joke, the worst when you need a live person to talk to about redeeming a gift card that is still unresolved. I gave up because they are so bad bouncing me around from one person to another than saying my issue can only be handled via email. It wasn’t. Then I was told to call again, but nobody can help. Ffs I hope you never need customer service with these stupid people. "
