The beds are EXTREMELY HARD! I barely slept a wink. Also when you walk in the front door, you are greeted with a urine like smell, however the rooms themselves are scent free. The shared washroom, although I was the only guest that evening, had clearly not been cleaned that day with hair and visible dust gathered on top of wet spots on the floor. The house was dark upon arrival, and I was not greeted by the friendly host everyone spoke so highly of. Upon reaching out to management per the instructions left on the note on the table, there was no response.

Staying at a room in a house in a residential neighbourhood. Nice and quiet. I just needed a bed overnight before an early morning flight so it was perfect for me. Check parking availability - it was perfect for me.

Rooms are poorly sound proofed. You can hear people talking outside of our room and vehicles passing thru the front road. Good thing we were exhausted and slept thru the noise. No mention of shared washroom in Expedia so we were dumbfounded about it when we arrived. Washroom is well kept though. The lady host just barged into our room because she thought we haven't checked in yet. She was very apologetic although it would be well mannered to just knock first on a closed door you would think.

We had 3nights 4days stay from Sept 5-9. I have to mention, the property is soo goood and its well maintained and cleaned. I didn't expect that much for a homestay. The owners were so friendly and tried their best to support our requests. Their little dine-in area in backyard with lights is best for candle light dinner in summer. Everything is 5-10 mins walkable from that place especially tims and 7eleven. overall very good and we loved it.

Brother Li is a wonderful accomodation for all travellers feel welcomed all the time while stay. It is beyond a stay. You feel a great vibe in this hotel. All things have been taken care of by on site supervisor. I would definitely come back again if I would travel Calgary.
