I liked it

Very nice estate in the foothills near the airport. Not the best location if you are only in town for Florence center but a good home base for exploring the region in general. The town down the street has good restaurants. The Olive groves are beautiful but it does have some big industrial sites nearby. The apartments are cute but basic. The grounds have a nice pool, tennis courts, and soccer field which is a bonus. Excellent budget friendly option if you have a car.

Little slice of Family

I couldn’t be happier with the hospitality that Gabriel and Concetta provided us. We arrived late due to a delayed flight, and Gabriel welcomed us with a big smile and a bottle of wine. He also gave us many ristorante recommendations. Concetta greeted us in the courtyard and made us feel like family, even though my Italian is not so good. Lots of hugs and laughs! Gabriel also went above and beyond in helping us reserve a cab for our friends. It was a short stay, and we were sad to leave, but would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Schönes Landgut

Das Apartment war groß mit Küche. In der Küche waren Besteck, Töpfe und Teller vorhanden. Den Rest musste man selber besorgen. Der Empfang war freundlich, die Verständig war schwierig, aber irgendwie schon möglich. Die Matratze vom Doppelbett war hart und die vom Schlafsofa leider durchgelegen. Das Bad ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-Leistung ist ok. Das Anwesen an sich ist weitläufig und sehr schön. Gut geeignet für Hunde, da man gleich in den Olivenhainen spazieren gehen kann.

Due notti in un bel posto.

Location fantastica, l'appartamento Mulino 2A è al primo piano e non ha pertinenze esterno. Buona l'accoglienza, in cui ci è stata regalata un bottiglia di rosso prodotto da loro. Spazi ampi, cucina ben fornita, zanzariere su ogni finestra, letto comodo. Appartamento ventilato e fornito di 2 ventilatori. Mancava una abatjour su un comodino, c'era un po' di polvere sotto al divano e sull'asse inferiore del tavolo, per il resto assolutamente pulito. Mancano appoggi in bagno per beauty case, vestiti di ricambio e forse il box doccia, visto il tanto spazio, poteva essere ben più ampio. I due scendiletto sono due tappetini da doccia. Direi che al di là del box doccia, sono tutte piccolezze ovviabili con un investimento minimo. Il contesto è favoloso, ampio parco con una bella piscina grande, ogni appartamento ha tavoli sedie ombrellone e lettini riservati. Abbiamo acquistato il loro aceto.
