"Ended up not staying here because we were delayed by traffic on A7 and did not realize we had to make arrangements by 1800 or you were out of luck. I tried calling the hotel to make arrangements to arrive late but no one answered - I am going to contact hotels.com to get my money back. Completely disappointed with the lack of customer service.
