Minha avaliação para o Lacqua di roma não é muito boa, pois de bom, somente o restaurante que a comida é excelente. Ja o clube em si, é cheio de regras que não agradou a mim. Ja na recepção fornecem um cartão para cada pessoa, e esse cartão é a entrada e saída para o clube e também te da o acesso para destravar a porta do apartamento e nesse caso, não fui feliz, o cartão toda vez que eu queria entrar no AP não funcionava, sendo que não fiquei tão perto da portaria, e ao me deslocar para fazer a reclamação, a manutenção abria a porta mais não arrumou de forma que funcionasse. Pois sendo assim, fui inúmeras vezes até a portaria para reclamar do mesmo problema. Não pretendo voltar ao Lacqua di roma.

O local é simples, mas agradável. O Wifi é muito ruim e praticamente inexistente. Se precisar de internet, terá que utilizar o 3G. No geral é uma boa estadia. Contudo, ao contratar os serviços da Hoteis.com, entendo que fui induzido ao erro, pois o endereço disponibilizado se refere à sede dos Hotéis DiRoma e não ao local onde o hotel realmente está. Dessa forma, imaginei que teria acesso ao parque aquático Splash, quando, na verdade, tive apenas um pequeno desconto e acesso apenas a outro parque bem inferior. Acredito que as informações deveriam estar mais claras. No final das contas, gostei da estadia, mas me senti enganado por tudo que expus acima.

Minha estadia neste hotel foi frustrante. A infraestrutura é muito boa, mas o descompromisso com o hóspedes me deixou revoltado. Primeiro, sites como hoteis.com não avisam que as locações não são feitas pelo hotel, e o atendimento segmenta claramente aqueles que não têm locados do hotel. Depois, tivemos problemas com a roupa de cama. O site diz q será cobrado R$ 10 por pessoa para toalhas e forros de cama. Na recepção, passaram o fone de uma empresa terceirizada que naquele dia não tinha toalhas p locar. Tivemos que comprar toalhas na cidade, pois a recepção não se propôs a nos ajudar. O atendimento, no geral, é muito ruim

Tive a desagradável surpresa de encontrar o meu apartamento sem roupa de cama . Fui informado que a proprietária não havia autorizado a colocação do enxoval. Tentei com a recepção uma solução pratica, perguntando como faria para que pudessem disponibilizar os lençóis e toalhas, mas de uma forma muito burocrática me disseram que isso não era possível . Somente consegui resolver o problema após contato com a proprietária que prontamente entrou em contato com a coordenação competente. Ora, mesmo entendendo que o enxoval não estaria disponivel, não poderia a recepção me informar isso na ocasião do Check in, já disponibilizando tudo mesmo com custo extra?

Fiquei decepcionado. Pois o quarto que aluguei era particular. Por isso eu não tive roupa de cama nem toalha. Também não tive limpeza de quarto. Pelo menos poderiam ter me avisado.
