"Casa das, Margaritas is a hidden gem in the Hills within minutes of Caldas da Reinha. The accommodations were clean and so comfortable. Able to relax by the pool or by your room in a beautiful setting overlooking the valley.
Fabian and Selena are excellent hosts. They had delicious breakfast ready in the morning, with good conversation. They were able to recommend various sites to see parking and restaurants.

"Artvilla is the absolute best property I have ever stayed at in my entire life, it is such a beautiful quiet property, the pool is amazing and the host is the kindest woman I have ever met! Seriously stay here, you will have an amazing time the property itself is enough to have holiday here!"

"For a 3-star hotel, this was an incredibly lovely place to stay. It is quaint hotel with a lovely garden and a gorgeous dining room looking out at the garden. The bed was quite stiff (not like firm which is desirable) and strangely short. My husband's feet had to dangle beyond the bed. It is quite difficult to find and there is no sign outside. "

"Our air conditioning in our room did not work. We are younger so this didn’t really bother us as we kept the door to our balcony open at night. Though the room during the day was sweltering at around 80°F.
Otherwise, a splendid view of the Atlantic and an excellent dining experience for both breakfast and dinner. Poolside with a couple of Apple Mules was a highlight as there is a cabana bar by the pool which also serves ice cream!
Away from the city means an Uber, but they were around 5-7€ — cheaper than bigger cities."
"This was a hidden gem and a very interesting property in Obidos. It was fun to see all the books on every wall, nook and cranny ! Very unlike anywhere we have ever stayed. The restaurant was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday evening so we had to go out into the walked city which actually turned out very well. Breakfast in the Literary Man was really good with an amazing assortment of pastries! The property is definitely older and a little worn but had a lot of character ."
"The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The breakfast was included with the room charge and was always a good spread. The parking garage was very tight to park in however you just have to go slow. The customers would benefit from having pool and beach towel available to them given by the hotel for use. And if they restaurant/bar would serve some limited items at night if you did not want to go out to eat."
"Positive; receptionist changed our room on arrival, beautiful sea views and sunsets, very quiet, bed made every day, room service cheap, clean hotel,
Negative; hot tub was warm, need a car as only 2 restaurants nearby, sea was choppy and full of seaweed, no kettle for tea and coffee."

"The hotel is centrally located, clean, and convenient for going in and out of the beach and the town. The staff were very friendly. I thought the hotel might be noisy given its location and the restaurant downstairs but I didn't find it so. I slept well. The air conditioning worked well. My room was small but it was well laid out, so it was easy to move around in. I was on my own. It would have been tight for two people moving around at the same time. The front rooms face the sea, but there was a common balcony at the end of my hallway. I was in a room on the side but could also see the sea from my narrow side balcony if I wanted to. Bring toiletries or make do with the soap pumps by the sink and in the shower. The complementary breakfast was quite nice and nice to have. I would stay there again. A good value."
