"Great place for a local beach break. The room was large, clean and had a balcony and mini fridge. Nice check in and lobby. Great breakfast buffet out on the Monte Cristo patio. We also had dinner at Monte Cristo (make a reservation using The Fork app) and the food was wonderful and appropriately priced. The beach is a toss the road and we chose to use the Umberto Beach Club that cost 23 Euros for 2 chairs and umbrella for the day. The beach was wakable and clean and you can walk into town along...

"If you are in the southern part of Tuscany, this is the place to stay. Very near the national park and beach park. Easily drove to the Etruscan ruins near Soriano over the mountains, about an hour and to the ancient hot baths to bathe in near Saturnia. Great breakfast buffet made by the proprietor’s mother. It is also a winery and had some bottles of their terrific wines. "

"Great price for last minute. Well located.
The lady at the front counter initially must get some manners. Agitatedly accusing/greating me with being late after arriving at 20:30 although expedia shows check in until 2200. But the other staff was great!"
