After waiting about 10 minutes and texting the number posted on the wall a lady showed up who didn't seem to speak english or much italian and just handed me a key. I was wondering what would happen at check-out the next morning since I left early, but had opposite experience. Potenza is a lovely little town with all kinds of bars and restaurants where you will meet interesting, friendly people. I would post photos but they say they are too big.
