"While the hotel was clean and very nice, our room did not have hot water during our three night stay. The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. I’m rating the hotel a four as it was a great location for day trips to the islands and other than the lack of hot water quite lovely. Complimentary breakfast was just okay. "Hard to find based on signs in town. But a wonderful place to stay. Parking is on the streets nearby, but never a problem. Included breakfast was very good. Bed was very, very comfortable. Hard to get out of and not want to jump back in. Highly recommend for a NW Sardinian stay."

The hotel is called Cormoran or something like that, it was hard to locate, we had to go in and ask at the front desk. "Location and beach was amazing. The room was clean and very nice, but the property was very dirty and some areas looks like a third world country. There is a wedding party that had a DJ with loudspeakers that went on until 2:30 in the morning. I at least would’ve expected them to have a 11 PM sound limit or something like that. Nice size pool, very clean property, rooms were spacious enough and comfortable...only 1 minor issue was hooks needed innthe bathroom and some glasses innthe room ..but thats all. The staff though were superb so friendly and helpful and the food was just outstanding...highly recommended. 800 m walk to the beach so perfect location "
