"The breakfast buffet is in a different building. It’s a short walk, however it was raining hard the day we stayed. We could not drive in our car because of how the traffic is directed. The hotel provided umbrellas, which was nice. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. This hotel is located right by the highway and a semi truck parking lot. Nothing wrong with that when passing by and need to rest."

"Breakfast starts at 8:30, and unfortunately there is nothing available for guests leaving earlier. You can’t even get a coffee before 8:30 in the hotel. The lady at reception informed me that the bars outside hotel was open, but it was closed as well. For guests with departures before 10:00 AM, this is really not practical. The night receptionist was very kind and prepared a lunch package for me since I had already paid for breakfast, which I really appreciated. However, getting even a simple coffee before leaving was impossible."

"Great Staff, location and breakfast! AC didn’t work the first night, but was fixed the next day and we slept like babies! You won’t find a better staff and hospitality throughout the entire hotel. Remarkable :-)"

"This is a lovely boutique hotel located in the beautiful town of Giubiasco by a green centra piazza and was excellent for exploring nearby Bellinzona and easy to get into Lugano. Friendly staff, a spacious and clean room with nice decor. Enjoyed a lovely evening meal and glass of wine at the restaurant too. Very happy with my short stay ."
