Calamuchita Valley Trip

If it's your first time travelling during the COVID-19 pandemic, you'll notice a few more restrictions and rules in place. Take note of these tips and make your journey to Calamuchita Valley go off without a hitch:

• Research if any travel restrictions apply to your origin and destination before committing to a flight. Also check if there are any conditions you'll have to follow on arrival, such as undergoing health assessments.
• When you go through airport checkpoints, do not remove your face mask. You will be asked to lower it briefly for ID purposes. Passengers who refuse to wear a face mask may be denied entry or boarding.
• You're no longer required to hand your boarding pass (electronic or paper) directly to a TSA employee. Rather, position your pass on the scanner and then hold it up so the agent can inspect it.
• TSA is now permitting passengers to take one container of hand sanitizer, up to 12 oz (350 ml) in size, in carry-on baggage. This will have to be removed from your bag and presented for screening.
• Put any personal items (e.g, keys, phone and wallet) in your carry-on instead of a bin to reduce handling during screening.
• If you're taking food on the plane, place it in a clear plastic bag and then into a screening bin. This lessens the likelihood that a TSA officer will need to touch your food container or carry-on bag for closer inspection.
