"So I booked the ocean view but they made us wait a while day to move there and initially put us in a standard. Also very racist. No complimentary cookies or even smile for us but was super nice to people if this country. Breakfast says free . But it's not. "

"The staff was friendly but when I asked for 1st floor like I usually always get... They put me on the 3rd floor... Other than that I had an appointment that day and was down the block from the office... Close to a lot of restaurants and a hospital if needed... It's always a good experience for me because it's convenient, quiet and close to everything I need. "

"Room was dirty. We tried setting up the sofa bed as soon as we got there and the sheets were dirty. The sheets had blood stains and the back of the mattress as it unfolded was yellow and smelled !!! Went down stairs to ask for another room and was told they were sold out. Was given the option of changing the sheets or getting a refund 😵‍💫 Horrible experience. However receptionist was very helpful and helped us get a refund through Expedia which we appreciated. "

"Out of the 4 days we booked, our room was not cleaned once. No towels or sheets. We ended up staying an extra night and still nothing. The breakfast buffet was chaotic. With a singular man filling up his plate with all the sausage. The pool was good. My kids had a great time swimming. The washer and dryer were out of order so I couldn't wash anything I needed to. The girl who worked the night was always so very helpful and nice. She always did her best! Overall I'd like to stay again but would love to see rooms cleaned or even just beds and towels touched up everyday. Limits at breakfast. Most of all happy workers, aside from the woman at night. "
