"After being assured there was a help line out of hours for any issues, when the machine gave me just one confirmation number instead of two, I called and called and each time to gave recorded messages till finally it cut off. As a result my daughter spent her night on the floor on our room!!! Apparently to get the second room code, the only way is to download confirmation as PDF and then it should appear... Too late to be told that next morning....!!"

"As always, it was a very pleasant stay at Les Secrets des Loges, We had a very comfortable room with a delicious and plentiful breakfast. We particularly appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade yogurt, and the fresh tasting breads and pastries, not to mention that Nathalie and Laurent are excellent hosts."

"Breakfast is terrible value for money.a couple of old pieces of cheese a d some stale bread for 14 Euros...Rooms are very basic and old like the rest of the hotel,but it's easy to handle for one night..Staff are nice.."
