I tried to change the reservation, but NO, their policies are strict. No changes on arrival date. Well my flight was cancelled on the very arrival date due to Italian strike, not mine. Why should I be the one who has to pay for Italian people going on strike?"

"Absolutely amazing!!! that's all I can say this hotel was so far beyond expectations. It was very beautiful. The design was elegant, sleek and refined. The staff was so helpful and lovely, particularly Mario. We are constant travelers and this hotel holds its own with any hotel I've ever been to in my life. The Private spa downstairs was so luxurious My Husband and I had an amazing time. We will absolutely be going back. I actually almost regret writing this review because we want this hotel to remain our secret private place, but it's too good to keep to ourselves."
