"Albert & Mar provided A1 service, 10s across the board! The hotel itself is SUPER clean! I often saw workers cleaning in between the crevices of the banister on the staircase. Room was cleaned everyday, I stayed 4 days & 3 nights! It’s super close to the beach literally right across the street, less than a 1min walk. They give you a free complimentary welcome drink. I highly recommend the all inclusive option, the food was really good & fresh puddings, even alcohol were included too. I also visited the spa 10/10. No complaints, if I come back this will be my go-to spot yo stay. The front desk was also super helpful in securing rides throughout the city & translating when needed. "Loved the view and beach at this hotel. The hotel itself was average, along with how clean the rooms were. Our room had a very strong sewer smell the entire time we were there, we mentioned it to staff and they did not care to do much about it. parking also sucked. Would give the overall stay a 6.5/10"

"The hotel beach had many children interrupting the adult only experience. We were told to show up any time to dinner, and then staff were very rude when we showed without a reservation and we were turned away from dinner and had to hike to another location to eat. Difficult to find. Definitely needed a car. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The view, deck and room were amazing. "

"Beach is better at neighbor buildings. Adult pool lounge area quite nice. Minimal dishes in kitchentte with 2 hot plates. Hotel provides no shampoo or shower wash. Just hand soap and dish soap. Large balconies were great and it looked to be great for families. Parking is a challenge but we usually manages something within a few blocks. Many places to eat and markets close by. "

"Loved our stay. It was a basic room in a great location. The breakfast had good options every day. The staff we met were all friendly. Easy parking at the spar across the road. Plenty of dining options a 5 minute walk away and can walk to a few beaches too. Perfect for what we were after because we wanted a good location vs a fancy room to hang in. Would stay here again "
