wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im On.Mood, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Nur die Rollen unterm Bett sind nicht so toll, wenn man sich in der nach viel dreht, verschiebt sich das Bett etwas.
Ansonsten war alles super 😊

"This was our 3rd time at this hotel.The entertainment team were excellent for the children always trying to include them in all activities. I found the bar staff and restaurant staff quite surly.whilst this is good value for a 3star hotel it would benefit from a much better air conditioning system and better sunbeds around the pool as most had been repaired or were broken.also the food was more than adequate for adults in our family (4) but not much choice for the children (3)."
"The hotel was meh. I read a lot of the reviews about the hotel before I booked it and they were mostly negative, however for the price I’d say it probably lives up to it, maybe a tad expensive. This is not a luxury hotel but it doesn’t advertise being one either so I don’t know what you expect. If all you need is a bed to sleep and a shower this will do fine, however sleeping was a nightmare due to the heat. We had a fan in the room that did next to nothing, so we had some sleepless nights...

Good variety of food at breakfast and dinner. And all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. Can’t wait to return!"
"Ich hatte einen sehr guten Aufenthalt im Hotel Bella Playa & Spa. Ich war Ende Februar da und der Außenpool war leider noch zu kalt. Andere Annehmlichkeiten wie Spa, Gym und Co. habe ich nicht genutzt, kann daher nichts dazu sagen. Das Buffet (sowohl morgens als auch abends) ist sehr üppig und divers. Das ganze Hotel ist nicht mehr das jüngste, aber es war dennoch sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. "
