"For a short girls holiday this hotel had everything we needed. The staff were so lovely, kind and made us feel at home every day (especially Santiago and the restaurant team, Yolanda and the pool bar team and Lorena the massage therapist!). We really appreciated the reception team sorting out a late check out option on our leaving day too at short notice. We all thought the buffet food was great and there was a good range of things to choose from. The hotel's pool and sunbed area is a good size, and the beach is only a few steps away too. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future! "

"Clean room , shower flooded but was fixed when reported , great breakfast , staff very friendly, check in. Slow and only one couple infront of us so check in online if you can , then there should be a separate desk for this , bar prices similar to beach front bars, gutted as booked for beach club but not open yet , we prefer beach on loungers as advertised but….. "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, great selection for breakfast. I had a mountain view which was stunning. I travelled alone for the first time ever and was apprehensive. Didn't need to be, the staff were accomodating and checked i was ok. Helped when my uber let me down. The beds in the rooms are the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I don’t sleep well but here i slept like a baby. Quiet in the morning is unusual in hotels but i couldn't hear any noise. I can't recommend it enough. You have everything from the views to the spa and the staff.. i went out of season so it may and probably will be a lot louder in season but i don't think this would put me off. I'm booking again for October 🙂"
