"Good hotel in fantastic location, easy walk to waterfront restaurants, ferry terminal. Premier balcony rooms on top floor were great, very spacious and awesome views. Only negative - a/c was very noisy, hard to adjust and couldn't be turned off."

"This location is terrible, far away from main city and without car you have to uber every time. Two storied but no elevator. Had to carry 22 kg bags over stairs. Building is very old and rooms are okay. Pictures do not do any justice to reality."
