She was under the impression I had made a mistake. At some point she must have found my booking email because she eventually gave me my key but I received no apologies for the mix up or inconvenience."

The apartment is very spacious with a large balcony and a good view to the foreshore. It has full kitchen facilities and is very well equipped - also washer and dryer. Most enjoyable stay."
