Nice clean shared dorm room (only 1-2 other guys during my stay). Strong a/c. Nice place overall, with kitchen area, little wading/fun pool, & located along cool, wakkable beach strip.

Off start, upon arrival staff was not warm or welcoming, which after 16 hours of travel via plane and then car, this was disheartening. We were able to check in approx one hour early but when we entered the room were very disappointed. The doors were wide open which personally I didn't appreciate. The TV didn't work the whole time of our stay and the AC wasn't blowing properly. The bed spread had stains from previous guests. The pool area was dirty and not well maintained for it being the start of the weekend . The shower in our room never turned hot .. there's really not much positive to say .. I'm sad. This was my birthday trip I planned for Months. I spoke with staff about all of this not necessarily even asking for anything but told her hopefully next guest won't have these issues.. tried to get help the night before and no one in office. Tried the next morning no one in office

La habitación estaba sucia, las cortinas soltaban polvo al moverlas, al encender el aire acondicionado soltó un olor bastante desagradable, el personal del hotel con servicio al cliente bastante pobre, el baño estaba empolvado y olía terrible.. el lugar es como que en algún momento estuvo bien pero está muy descuidado, de lo positivo la ubicación cerca de cocles y de puerto viejo y que está frente a la playa.
