The hotel does not even have the reception. Despite my arrival details the hotel was locked, there was nobody waiting for me and I was left outside. Had to sleep at another }lace

Pedido fraudulento de 250€ de caução

Muito cuidado com este alojamento! À chegada, e apesar de já ter pago a estadia, foi-me pedido o cartão de crédito para uma “pre-autorização” de 250€. O dinheiro foi retirado imediatamente, o que estranhei, visto que geralmente apenas fica cativo. Quando perguntei do porquê, disseram-me que seria por causa de eventuais consumos do minibar (?), e que no finalidade estadia me seria devolvido o dinheiro. Um dia após o check out recebi um “comprovativo” de como a transação teria sido anulada e de que receberia o dinheiro na conta. Não pensei mais nisto. Após mais de 12 dias da viagem, estava a rever os meus gastos na aplicação do banco e qual não foi o meu espanto quando me apercebi que os 250€ nunca tinham sido devolvidos! Contactei com o hotel e disseram-me que iriam averiguar a situação. Entretanto já preenchi uma queixa a9 banco a denunciar operação fraudulenta, na esperança de reaver o dinheiro. Se ficarem hospedados aqui não permitam esta dita “pre autorização!” Se eles quiserem ficar com caução que peçam em dinheiro e devolvam na altura do check out. Se por acaso eu não tivesse revisto os meus extratos bancários teria pago quase 500€ por uma estadia de 2 noites!!!

Hervorragende Unterkunft im Marina Viertel

Diese Apartments sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Top Lage, top Ausstattung, super netter Kontakt!!! Wir hatten drei der vier zur Verfügung stehenden Apartments gebucht und eins war schöner als das andere. Bitte immer beachten vorher Kontakt aufzunehmen, da keine Rezeption im Haus vorhanden ist und man vorher die Ankunftszeit absprechen muss.

Centrale, pulito e confortevole

La struttura è molto ben tenuta e confortevole. Le camere sono ampie. L'accoglienza è gestita da Cosino bravo e professionale. Letti comodi, bagno con doccia o vasca con idromassaggio. Consigliato che dire.

La struttura è ben tenuta. La camera è confortevole e grande. Ha la vasca idromassaggio. La colazione è buona ed il personale è gentile e disponibile.

Stile e comfort 🔝

La suite è molto elegante, arredata con gusto e classe, idromassaggio nella zona "living" separata. Disponibilità del personale (Cosimo) all'accoglienza e alla colazione seppur in ritardo. Tutti elementi che mi faranno optare nuovamente per questa struttura qualora ne avessi occasione. La consiglio!
