Very nice place to stay, friendly staff, Lorenzo was excellent - we speak Italian but he also speaks English well, too. Very close to the beach, nice little outdoor space and surprisingly quiet considering it's right by the road. Parking was easy in October but might be a bit tight in August. Will be back.

Wonderful Vacation Home 🏠

Great hotel steps away from the beautiful Poetto beach. Bus stop close by to take you to centre city to explore the sights of Cagliari. The staff were amazing. Very accommodating. The room was spotless. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Located across the road from Poetto Beach. The road has been converted to a one way single car lane, two running lanes, bike lanes and a wide walking lane. If you come here with expectations for the one star hotel that it is, you will be happy. The rooms are small, but clean with a small patio and clothes drying rack. The staff are good English speakers and very helpful. Reception is open only from 9:00 to 1:30 and 4;00 to 8:00. There are lots of beach restaurants, full restaurants and beach bars nearby. Many restaurants don’t open until 7:49 pm for dinner. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a pharmacy adjoins the hotel. You can buy a coupon for 3 Euros that entitles you to a coffee and crossant for breakfast at Il Lido, a couple of blocks away.

It was great, basic room near the beach with a small patio. Be aware of the reception hours… you cannot check in or out if they are not open.

Pleasant stay second time.

Second year staying in this hotel. 2 min walking distance to the beach, shop and lovely places to eat. Hotel is basic but clean and staff are very helpful. All you want considering the room only needed for sleeping with all the outdoor beauty to explore.

Situazione pessima. È difficile trovare parcheggio. Dopo aver guidato per un'ora, ho trovato un posto libero a circa quattro isolati di distanza. Quel che è peggio, non c'era nessuno in hotel dalle 16:00 alle 19:30 e gli ospiti facevano la fila fuori. Eravamo preoccupati di non riuscire a trovare un altro hotel in zona perché si stava facendo tardi. Il cellulare di emergenza era sulla scrivania, poi uno sconosciuto che conosceva i proprietari ha chiamato per avvisarli che c'era un problema. Si tratta di una piccola struttura a conduzione familiare con forse otto camere? Alla fine ho dovuto abbandonare l'hotel dopo la prima notte e ho trovato un altro hotel più a nord, sulla costa.

La struttura non e' bellissima ma e' pulita, lo staff e' gentile, simpatico e disponibile. La reception lavora in orari stabiliti, quindi ti danno le chiavi delle porte principali per rientrare nell'orario che piu' desideri. Posizione molto comoda tra la passeggiata sulla spiaggia del Poetto (zona Ztl) e la strada principale. A fianco dell'hotel c'e' un grande parcheggio (non custodito) e in generale non ci sono problemi per parcheggiare l'auto. Ristoranti, chioschi e bar sono nelle vicinanze. Il centro dista circa 15 minuti con la macchina. Ottimo ci ritornerei.

Si trova vicinissimo al mare e guesto e tanta roba....luogo molto silenzioso per un relax completo...poi che dire di Lorenzo e Lba sono deliziosi subito a cercare una soluzine per qualsiasi cosa ..qualsuasi vosa abbiamo chiesto c'è stata subito una soluzione vacanza di 4 gg suer rigenerativa grazie

Perfekt läge till allt

Rent och fräscht hotell med trevlig personal. Nära till både strand, mataffär och buss. Det enda som skulle kunna göras bättre är kanske uteplatsen som inte var så mysig, men den var OK. Överlag kommer inte cagliari på min topp 3-resa av andra skäl, men hotellet och dess läge var toppen.

Great hotel for what we needed, which was a place to stay near Cagliari and also by the beach. Everything you need is within a 10 min walk, and reception sell bus tickets. Great place for low cost stay.

Perfect little Juwel!

The room and the terace are quite small and the metal thing for drying clothes outside could be renewed. Other than that: amazing friengly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms! Perfect location! Less than 5 min to the supermarket. Beach 1 min, pharmacy next door. Restaurant on the opposite side of the street, little fair with food and carousels in 5 min walk reachable. The station for the bus to the city is litterally 25 steps away!
