Cagbalete Island Trip

The property only provided us with 4 towels when I reserved it for 7 guests. There was no enough plates, utensils and cups to use. No hand soap provided. The bedsheet was dirty and stained with red and no extra sheets provided. The bathroom has a glass wall connecting to the main room without covers or blind or curtains and you can clearly see the person taking a shower inside, no privacy at all! But otherwise, the owner is easy to talk to and was helpful to an extent. Our room was on 10th floor.

Supposed to be good location but I arrived late and left in the early morning The room I stayed layout is good but it’s not brand new, and bathroom is small.

Great location, not 10 minutes' walk from Terminal 3. Quick checkin process, Comfortable room. Breakfast buffet offered great selection of food.

A positive or negative experience at any facility is greatly affected by the staff one encounters. This is my third stay at Savoy (1.32mi from T3 MNL) and great experience with staff (front desk, security, support, etc), in particular to mention Audie, who went above and beyond to make sure my room has the hot water I requested, arranged for Grab to get me to the right Terminal (T2 this time) with the right fare, etc please keep up the good work, and finish your renovations.
