O quarto que reservamos não estava disponível quando chegamos e fomos acomodados em um inferior. Os canais da tv não sintonizavam. Pedi ajuda na recepção e fui orientado a "procurar com calma". Não nos ajudaram e ficamos sem TV. A comida do restaurante razoável e um pouco cara. O atendimento foi bom. O quarto limpo e confortável, mas o lençol manchado.

Ótima surpresa em Caetité!

Hotel localizado na parte histórica da cidade, muito charmoso e bem cuidado. Atendentes muito gentis e educados, refeições muito saborosas e decoração antiga e muito conservada. Um charme só! Viajamos com crianças, que se encantaram com a decoração e piscina, mas a cidade é bem fria a noite para quem se ilude achando que na Bahia é só calor... Numa próxima viagem queremos ficar ao menos duas noites no local!

Bom hotel e cidade bonita, porém achamos barulhento e perguntamos antes se tinha estacionamento e responderam qum sim, contudo, só ha vagas nas ruas.

A aparência externa do Hotel é ótima, um casarão antigo com todos os cuidados externos, porém as condições do quarto deixa a desejar: Banheiro- chuveiro ruim, vaso sanitário em condições ruins, toalhas antigas. Cama com roupa de cama envelhecidas, travesseiros antigos, TV não funcionava Enfim, precisa melhorar!
