Polite staff, clean rooms, great fitness center! Breakfast was tasted - the bar lacked a consistent attendant and no snacks - would have spent more time there on the evening if that were more available :)

Sent an email to say we were arriving late, no response. When we arrived there were two receptionists. One was with guests the other was working on the computer and failed to acknowledge us for several minutes. Very poor first impression - no problem letting her finish doing was she was in the middle ...
