Cannot fault the hotel at all. Service was incredible, staff will go above and beyond, clean rooms and the spa is brilliant! The views from the hotel are incredible as well. Breakfast was amazing too with lots of options - I have never seen protein powder at a breakfast buffet! Just an FYI, you need a universal adaptor if you want to charge anything by your bed. The normal European two pin (round) plug points are by the desk and in the bathroom.

Beautiful alpine hotel that is wonderfully located and has stunning views in all directions. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was excellent. Would recommend.

Hotel is lovely and charming. Rooms and common areas are beautiful. Staff is thoughtful and accommodating. Just a wonderful stay. Wifi is very slow so if you need to work (like I did) it could be a real challenge. I stayed in 2 different rooms. # 304 was just perfect. Great view, layout, bath and balcony. I would stay here again!!

This hotel is absolutely stunning in every way and I can’t think of a single negative for it! The staff were so friendly and lovely, at check-in, at breakfast, passing in corridors - just lovely. The hotel itself is stunning!! We had a room with sauna and wow!! It was fabulous. The balcony with a view over the beautiful town was just an extra special touch.
