"Clean room on daily basis ; Staff were all friendly and helpful; Breakfast offers complete variety of an English breakfast; Bar is always open and have some entertainment (live bands and karaoke night) every weekend on summer time. The location itself is close to Jubilee pool, beach, penzance harbour, high street, park and walk to Newlyn (neighbouring town) along the promenade. You can leave your luggage before checking in and after checking out."

Breakfast was plentiful with a huge range of food, all fresh and well prepared. Again the staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble, all done with a smile. We didn’t visit the spa so can’t comment. I would recommend "
