"Was alright for a one night stay"

"Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff initially seemed helpful. After we unpacked and showered, we realized the TV in our room wasn’t working. Someone came to try to fix it but couldn’t, and since we had already settled in, he offered a $25 courtesy discount instead of moving rooms. The next morning we were woken up by the front desk asking to come check the TV, which was frustrating. We were also never told the continental breakfast hours, so by the time we went down it had already ended and we didn’t get to eat. When I asked the front desk about the $25 discount that had been offered the night before, they said they weren’t sure if they could apply it and needed to check with a colleague. Overall the stay was okay, but communication between staff and with guests could definitely be better."

Walls were dirty, food left in the fridge, hair on the bathroom walls, an almost empty roll of toilet paper on the roll, the shampoo and conditioner left on the counter was spilled and dried all over the bottle and counter, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. "Free parking, although it was a tight parking lot. Gym was nice. Breakfast was good but there was not enough seating for guests during breakfast hours. 2 bedroom suite was FANTASTIC for a large family (8)! Great stay overall"
