O que poderia ser um charme, mas além de antigo o hotel é mal conservado, com limpeza questionável e não oferece conforto. No banheiro uma toalha de banho fina e gasta (não havia toalha de rosto) e somente 1 micro sabonete de “amenidades”. O banho é quase frio, porque a antiga ducha elétrica não esquenta. "Atendimento muito demorado para realização do check-in. Fiquei parado por 2 horas na frente do apartamento esperando alguem me atender via canal de comunicação indicado. O apartamento estava péssimo em relação a limpeza. E estadias mais longas, como foi meu caso, seria bom ter mais toalhas, sabonetes e etc. Outro ponto importante: O CHUVEIRO NAO ESQUENTA, TOMEI VARIOS BANHOS GELADOS."
