Beautiful vacation spot. Fun! Friendly staff. Nice grounds. Nice rooms. Concierge very helpful (24hrs). Room service any time of day or night. Snacks in room. Water bottles in room. My husband and I both got sick (food/water). They will say the water is filtered, but somehow we still got sick.

The property was beautiful. Everyone in the resort was extremely friendly and warm, especially, the 2 bartenders by the pool bar, Marcos and Manuel. Marcos and Manuel took an interest with everyone who visited the pool bar. They were both very attentive and caring with all of our drink orders. They made the whole trip more fun and welcoming. Would definitely recommend our friends and family to this resort but especially to visit Marcos and Manuel.

Our stay at Westin Reserva Conchal was magical. We are grateful to have been checked in by Front Desk members Camila and Martyn. We appreciate you both for your patience and collaboration overall. Shuttle service and room service is 24/7. Thank you to Fernando and Luis shuttle drivers who got us the Catamaran Shuttle (its great to see the grounds at night). Thank you to Anthony R. at Faisenella, Chefs at Bamboo, and Lead Host for dinner at Managers at La Sabana for consitently amazing service and food. We were blown away by your staff and direct service Director Tanya C. ! You made us feel welcome and at home on the resort making this unforgettable.

We stayed for 6 days and every day was exceptional. The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Food was good, but it’s really the staff who make the experience top notch. The bartenders, the hosts, the servers, the lobby staff are all fantastic!

The Westin needs to keep kids away from the swim up bar, never room for the adults to sit down and have drinks. The phone in the room didn’t work half the time, had to unplug from the wall and plug back in to make a call to the front desk. The grounds were nice with lots of wildlife to see and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my first experience with all inclusive… Never, would I ever stay at this or any all-inclusive hotel again? My son and grandchildren were not allowed into the property unless I paid for a past daily, but they were busy and I could not buy a pass for them. Problem number one. Secondly, the meals are all inclusive, but I could not get a reservation at any of the restaurants for the entire four days I stayed on the property. We went out daily. The room service was good, but I did not want to travel that far and have all my meals in my room. ENOUGH SAID

It was great ! Staff was very helpful and always around when needed. The restaurants was so good ! I wish I could’ve gotten to go to the steakhouse and manglar but they were sold out. So highly recommend making reservations for those places early. Other than that I would go back !!

Our initial room had a strong mold odor, prompting our relocation to another room where the mattress quality was subpar. The breakfast buffet lines stretched 20-30 minutes, every single morning we were there. Additionally, seating around the pool was limited or unavailable. The beach area emitted a noticeable gasoline scent due to constant jet ski activity, right at the hotel's shoreline. If you're an avid golfer, you'll find this place exceptional, given the quality of the golfing facilities. However, if your passion lies in beach activities, you might want to explore other destinations.

Este all inclusive es uno de los mejores donde nos hemos quedado. El personal súper amable, muy buenas instalaciones, comida muy variada en restaurantes y barra abierta de buena calidad. Fueron muy amables y atentos con mi pequeño de menos de 2 años :-) Eso si, deben mejorar la gestión de asignación de mesas del servicio al desayuno, esperamos hasta 20min para ser sentados (habiendo mesas disponibles!) Aunque la playa es pública y no creo sea responsabilidad directa, el hotel debiera preocuparse un poco más de su limpieza pues hay bastantes desechos en la arena (plásticos, cocos vacíos, colillas de cigarro, etc).

I've travelled around the world and stayed in many beautiful Hotels, but this has now moved to the top of my list as one of the best stays, experiences I've ever had at a hotel. I was very hesitant about staying at an All-Inclusive because the experience is typically sub-par when it comes to food freshness. This was NOT this case here. I was blown about by the quality of the food. The genuine helpfulness of every employee, and the service is impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!
