The get up in the morning and save chair by the pool was a major turn off, it was like being on a Cruise ship.. we went to other resorts affiliated and they didn’t seem to have that problem… we feel like in the last couple of years the resort seems to be gearing towards family…

When you book through Expedia and select the junior suite ocean view with two beds, that’s what you expect to get. Put us in one bed with pull out couch. Complained and asked for two beds. Put us on bottom floor looking at the back of the stage and bar. No ocean view. Went back to original room and put up with couch. Ask front desk to get us two beds somewhere else. After 5 days couldn’t stand it and left, went to another resort, front desk didn’t say a word. Booked three months in advance, you have one chance to make a good impression, they failed. I walked away from 2 grand. Never again.

I traveled in June of 2024 with my husband and four year old daughter. This property is absolutely amazing. The food is awesome, the drinks are good and the staff is absolutely wonderful!!!! I felt very safe and the rooms are beautiful!! The property has beach access that is just steps away and only $11 taxi to get downtown. The only fault that we found with this property was that it was really loud in the room. We were next to an elevator so that could have been the issue but we could just hear everything through the walls of the room. Would still highly recommend this property and we cannot wait to come back!!!!
