The hotel staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel could improve with their pillow selection and the morning coffee, as it doesn’t match the overall quality of the property after all we are in colombia the coffee capital of the world…. I’ve dined at the rooftop restaurant many times it’s a very over priced restaurant, but it’s disappointing that they charge extra if you ask for a little more chips or a little more sauce without telling you. The female manager has a horrible attitude also seems inattentive to guests, often spending time on her phone or watching TV instead of engaging with customers, never again

I stayed at Devú Hotel for nine nights, and it exceeded my expectations. My room was beautifully designed, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. A special thank you to Mateo, the manager, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He and the entire team made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend Devú Hotel to anyone visiting Medellín and will absolutely stay here again on my next trip.

Desde la llegada me cobraron adicional a lo que ya estaba pago $150 dólares por cargos de utilizar “facilidades”, el desayuno bufet nunca fue así es a la carta una sola vez y de miércoles hasta el sábado solo café o agua de tomar, el sábado entre 11pm a 12am me cerraron las puertas del hotel estuve afuera cerca de 30 min tocando las puertas y nadie abria , el Lunes en el checkout el gerente del hotel habló conmigo y se disculpo amablemente por lo sucedido en nuestra estancia, según el me renbolsarian en una los $150 dólares que me cobraron al llegar pero al momento no a pasado así . Pensé que por ser un hotel caro no tendría problemas pero me equivoqué.
