Good hotel far from Praia do Forte
Fast check in. Polite staff. Clean room. Good breakfast. I have booked 2 rooms, in one of them, which the baby's nanny slept, room #410, the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel is a bit far from the main beach, Praia do Forte, but Uber is cheap and works very well in Cabo Frio.

Decent full service hotel
Hotel Matiz Oasis is a full service hotel with a restaurant, pool and jacuzzi (although the photo on their site makes it look a lot bigger than it is!),spa for massages and room service 24 hours (I think). The breakfast buffet is very nice with plenty of options. The room is decent size with the essentials you need, but the water pressure in the shower is very susceptible to the time of day. Also, I never turned on the cold water, the hot by itself was a little less than I wanted, but ok. The staff is very friendly, especially in the restaurant. I only speak a little Portuguese but several of the front desk staff speak English. Monique especially was excellent! She called tour companies for me to get details and make a booking and always had a smile on her face. The location is fine, not super close to the main area of the Praia Forte, but easy to get around town from there. My only big issue was value. I think it is overpriced a little, but I also realize I went during high season. Overall, a decent full service hotel.

Cabo Frio delight!
Close walk to beach. Nice staff. The included breakfast was yummy. Room was quiet even with the windows open.

nice new hotel
The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly but somewhat inexperienced. Parking garage is convenient. The hotel is about 2km from THE beach and area populated with restaurants

Hotel com custo benefício razoável. Acomodações e área de lazer muito boas, porém o café da manhã deixa a desejar, pois possui diversas opções, mas poucas coisas são boas.

Desorganizado e sem empatia
Desorganização na hora de fazer o check in . Já no outro dia após o check in o nome dos outros hóspedes ( filha de 10 anos e esposa ) não constavam na lista na hora do café da manhã. Povo sem empatia na hora do chekout, perguntei se poderia ter mais 30 minutos de tolerância e a atendente disse sem empatia que pagaria 150 para tolerância no checkout .

Maravilhosa estadia
Tudo maravilhoso, sem dúvidas voltaremos. Café da manhã maravilhoso todos os dias, limpeza do quarto efetuada todos os dias, tv do quarto era meio ruim a qualidade de imagem porém isso não atrapalhou em nada. Hotel muito tranquilo e ao arredor também.

Eu achei incrível. Recomendo muito! Só o check in que foi um pouco demorado e o ar condicionado que fica em cima da gente, pq a palheta não estava funcionando, mas mesmo assim adorei tudo. Muito bom e já quero voltar. Gostaria de ressaltar o atendimento do Sr. Francisco e Tiago do restaurante. Atendimento perfeito. Merecem parabéns. A comida do restaurante é deliciosa. Ter uma piscina climatizada também foi excelente, pq o tempo não tava muito bom.

Sem dúvida nenhuma, o melhor local para se hospedar em Cabo Frio para quem busca paz. Café da manhã muito bom, quarto confortável, área de lazer com piscina e hidromassagem. O hotel era limpo a todo instante e o uso de máscara é obrigatório.

O hotel é muito bom, tivemos alguns contratempos devido a mudança de proprietário. Conhecemos a nova dona do Hotel que é muito simpática e aberta a sugestões. Dou nota 10 para o restaurante do hotel, o café é maravilhoso mais o jantar é gora de série. Parabéns para o chefe que preparou um peixe ao molho de camarão maravilhoso para nós que nunca comi na vida. Recomendo o hotel a todos

Café da manha simples porém OK. Estranhei o fato de não ter não ter suco de laranja, você tem que pedir a parte e eles vão fazer, porém depende autorização para fazer. Não faz parte do cardápio do café da manha. Bebida extremamente comum em todo território nacional.

O hotel é bom, possui ótimo atendimento, mas o café da manhã foi decepcionante. Nada estava gostoso a não ser as frutas, café de máquina, amargo, bolos sem gosto, etc.

Minha hospedagem foi Razoável, o café da manhã já foi bom. Agora diminuíram as opções, o estacionamento é rotativo , quase ficamos sem vaga pois o hotel estava cheio, solicitei limpeza e foi feita.

O quarto é bem amplo e confortável, banheiro é ótimo tamanho e a localização e boa também, mas a limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar bem como as opções de café da manhã é pouco variável. O estacionamento do hotel é pequeno e as vagas são bem ruins.
