Everything was great!

It was a GREAT experience. The TRS is the most inclusive hotel between the five and we had access to everything. The food was delicious and transportation was on point. But the most important and why we are most grateful was our butler Rodney. He gave us beyond of what we were expecting and made our great stay into an awesome one. We couldn’t go to many of the hotel activities due to time or space, but the few that we went and saw were really fun. The have stretches and bicycles classes in the pool and the Bingo night was a hit. Our biggest surprise was the bar/disco Hemingway. It was more than just to get a few drinks and for a hotel disco it was a lot of fun. The pools were big and different between them. We felt there could’ve more of them, but they weren’t crowded and since we also had the TRS Turquesa pool only for our hotel it was less crowded. The service was great in all accounts: pool service, transportation, bartenders, activity recruiters (it you talk to Shakiro/Luigi you will have a great time), waiters, lobby, and anyone else. The only neutral service was from the steak house waiters, but we have to admit that the restaurant was full. The transportation when the rain started was lower due to everyone needing it. And we had a little problem with our hot water, it went away, and they took a little time in sending someone to fixed it. (Again probably reasonable time for everything, but since the services had been incredible we notice this few glitches).

We had a great stay at this resort. It was our first time in their country and we’re very glad we went with this resort. We stayed on the Palace side, and it was wonderful. We will definitely be back!
