I was given the choice to pay upon check in...They charged my card two days prior to check in...exactly what I DID NOT want. Building is old. Staff is courteous. Birthday party at poolside one of the nights. Overall ok. "

"The room (“El Cristal”) was spacious, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom well appointed with great warm water pressured shower; the breakfast offered 4 to 5 delicious options… and the service was very courteous… the staff could be seen at the front desk and tending tables… Alejandro was particularly helpful in assuring a great stay. Note, there’s a lively discotheque nearby and can be a noise factor for some."

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was simple but enjoyable. Most importantly, everything was very clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would definitely come back and stay longer, this may become my go-to place whenever I visit."
