"Smell of cigarette smoke "

"My mother and I had a very pleasant stay at L'Appartement Hotel. The location is situated near the McGill metro station. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by young friendly staff and the check-in process was fast. Our room was on the 12th floor and was very clean. A plus was the included kitchenette, which is always useful. However, there was a small lapse in service as our room was not cleaned on the fourth day. The room felt a bit dated, I would personally suggest replacing the bathtub with a shower to refresh the space. That said, the overall facilities were really good, we really enjoyed the gym, the pool, and the excellent breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices."

"Staying at the Hyatt Downtown was a great experience for my daughter and I while in town for the Lady Gaga concert. Great location, nice hotel, and I can't say enough about the staff-they were all amazing, from Florian the Manager of the kitchen, to the breakfast, custodial and front desk staff, who all went above and beyond! Thank you!"

"Have stayed here before and good experiences. However this time I found the bed (room 402) had a definite sag in it where it is most used. Did not have a normal restful night and sleep because I was moving about and developing a back ache. HOpefully you will check the mattress and resolve the issue. Huge thanks. Timothy :-)"

"Excellent hôtel pour le prix! Nous avons eu un « upgrade » sur place pour le même prix. L’hôtel est propre et les employés sont sympathiques. Il est facile de s’y rendre. La proximité du métro et le stationnement gratuit sont des éléments clés car ils permettent d’aller profiter de la ville sans tracas. Nous y retournerons certainement! "
