My only complaints is staff does not speak much English so very hard to communicate needs or ask questions, tvs do not have access to internet, and there was no mention the facilty is currently doing construction. Luckily there was no drilling when we were there and it looked like bottom floor only but i wish i had known before booking. Also, thank goodness my boyfriend brought his laptop otherwise we would have been in for a rough one"

"If you prefer a safe environment, this is NOT it! Very dark area, young adults in the parking lot at 3:30 a.m. blaring music. If you have a pet that they charge additional for, there is absolutely NO grass, only rocks for them to go potty. The building is very old and dated. I don’t understand the good reviews. "
