Fridge was very small was a bar fridge with half fridge half freezer outside spa jets out of service and I couldn’t get the outside barbecue to work after buying all the meat 😡

I was happy with the size of this property. It has everything you need. Please note TV did not work on the last day of my stay, and wifi did not work throughout my stay. The room is not serviced daily but I didn't mind. Was happy overall with my stay.

Liked that you could hear the sea . You can’t get to it from property though that I could see but a 500 m walk along road got me to beach Great location access to town and lovely people Apartment had little table chairs on deck with garden and screen door meant you could sleep with fresh air

The property was exceptionally clean & well equiped. Key collection was easy as per instructions from safe located at the entrance doors & secure undercover parking was easy to access My room was 8b located on the northern end at the rear of the property It was quiet with a lovely small patio looking onto a garden area very private & within walking distance to the main Byron bay. The only issue was i could sometimes hear the faint sound of the pool pump. I enjoyed my stay at & would stay again

Lovely little gem close to town!
Fantastic location, super friendly staff, lovely, clean, tidy and spacious apartment. Walking distance to town. Free clothes washing facilities is also a bonus!

Quiet, private & conveniently located
This was a one night stop over, on way to Brisbane from Sydney. Nice clean apartment conveniently located 600m from centre of Byron. Very quiet & private.

Great location, idea for couples and family
Location was great. Very close to Byron Bay shops and Main beach. Self service studio apartment and easy instructions via email and manager Mark was always available on phone. Smaller complex and quieter location which was very nice. Ideal for couples or small families. It is Eco friendly apartment.

A Lovely Getaway...
Good size 1 bedroom apartment with amenities. I was very impressed with the well-equipped kitchen. Free condiments, plenty of utensils and cooking equipment. Easy check in and check out. Free Foxtel movies and quality wireless internet. Well looked after property. Great communication, we stayed with our 9 month old daughter and the property supplied us a port-a-cot of our little one.

Perfect unit perfect position
And friend and I needed a weekend away from real life hahah (mums of tiny kids) this unit was perfect couldn’t have picked a better place for us!! Unit was a great size, lovely and clean, nice pool and Great walking distance in to town, so easy to check in and out! Loved our stay!

Close to town, quiet and safe property
BBQ facitilies and pool/spa make it a great atmosphere in the warm weather. Apartments are well equipped and great location!

Room was as expected. Clean, spacious and nice outside seating area. Check in through a security box which worked out fine. About 700 meter walk into Byron town.

I was in Byron for a comp so this hotel served its purpose. However, our room was not under hotel management it was privately managed (so the hotel staff we unable to assist) and we did not realise this when booking. So upon check-in, I had to call a number from the front safe and the man I spoke with was very rude to me - I did not receive a confirmation email and he made a point to tell me that the safe PIN and information was on the email. In the end, being tired and cranky I just asked for him to resend the email, he did end up telling me over the phone, but made me feel very stupid in the process. I will not return to this place on my next visit - which will be again next year!

I am sorry, but it wasn't me who was tired, cranky, or just had not bothered to read the email. When I was trying to explain everything over the phone to you, you had no patience at all with me. Byron Bay Stop-over
Our first stay at Byron was very pleasant . Reasonably close to main town activities involving only a short walk as parking is limited in town. The unit was managed well with clear instructions sent to us. For a change, we did not experience any noise from neighbours above or adjacent to us .This was quoted as the most quietly located unit. Secure underground parking was a bonus . Access to nearby beach restricted as private properties in front however main beach was a short walk away.

Great room, Close to everything in Byron Bay
Basic clean Hotel room with small kitchenette and toilet/shower. Best part of room is quiet outlook to small street behind unit, BBQ at front door for cooking and pool / spa sunken down away which stops any noise and gives privacy. The complex has a very nice feel and staff are friendly. You park your car and walk to everything in Byron Bay. Relax on the Beach or stroll the shops and markets. Enjoy the buskers and the atmosphere only Byron offers.

Nice hotel. Great size room. Very Convenient!
The hotel is in an extremely convenient location. The room was surprisingly spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom a little dated but tidy. Underground secure parking was also a bonus. I spoke with the owners of the unit once and they were extremely friendly. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Studio with kitchenette and pool in complex
For a three night quick visit to Byron Bay, this studio was very adequate for our needs. Within the Breakfree complex it offered a private ground floor balcony, a pool and BBq facilities in the complex and five minute walk to town.

Good location, OK everything else
We had to clean up by ourselves, it looks like the last guest didn't do a good job of it. The floor was sandy the furniture was old. The kitchen was just a sink and microwave. Don't expect to be able to cook. The location, however, was fantastic.
