The breakfast was as good as you can expect for a 3 star hotel. We had no complaints there. Did not use other facilities.

The Chester Grosvenor
Someone rang the bell on our room then walked in 5 seconds later without any approval to ask if we wanted some milk. No hotel worker should be able to let themselves in to your room unannounced. Also had people banging on our door and screaming in the hall at 1-2am. Had some really nice stays here ...

Tedsmore Cottages
Staff were lovely and welcoming even with a self check in! Came to make sure we had a travel cot and high chair for our baby as we didn’t specify age of our youngest child! Lovely sight we can’t wait to go back
