Semana maravilhosa de carnaval!!!

Tudo incrível, atendimento nota 10! Como pontos de melhoria tenho 2 sugestões: 1) Substituir os aparelhos de ar condicionado para modelos slim, que são mais potentes e principalmente mais silenciosos. 2) Inclusão de ovos mexidos no café da manhã. Além da reposição dos pratos quentes.

Horrível e não aconselho.

A estrutura é boa. Os funcionários também. Mas a administração péssima. O chuveiro não esquentava. Pedi solução. Disseram que só trocando e não foi feito. Sugeriram tomar banho em outro quarto. Pedi para trocar de quarto. Disseram que não tinham autorização. A abertura da porta principal tinha uma abertura grande. Entraram centenas de insetos. Pedi para mudar o quarto. Disseram que não era possível. Somente fizeram a limpeza. Foi um dia de semana poderiam ter comprado um chuveiro sendo ele simples. Ou deveriam ter em estoque para reposição. Tenho filme mas aqui não suporta. Não indico e sugiro que não se hospedem para não acontecer o que aconteceu comigo. Fiquei 2 diárias. E isso aconteceu na segunda diária. Fosse na primeira teria ido embora. É lamentável, o lugar é bem agradável. Mas a administração é amadora e nada profissional.

O atendimento é sem dúvidas o ponto alto!! A Sra. Rosana e o Sr. Gustavo se preocuparam em nos atender em tudo o que solicitamos. Os quartos sao amplos e o café da manhã contava com cesta de pães variados, sendo em torno de 5 tipos, também foi oferecido café, leite, sucos, iogurte, água, queijo muçarela, presunto, ovos mexidos, manteiga, mel, frutas e bolos. A localização também é algo a se destacar, muito próxima dos melhores pontos, por exemplo da rua das pedras da 5 min de carro. A unica observação que eu faria é quanto ao box, que para uma pessoa a partir dos seus 60 anos pode apresentar um certo risco de escorregamento, visto que não há um tapete antiderrapante ou aqueles pequenos paletes de madeira para formar o chão do chuveiro, bem como não há porta fechando completamente o box, mas sim uma parede de granito que fecha só a metade, e como o chuveiro é do tipo ducha por sinal muito bom e com água quente, molhou o tapete todo. Mas essas observações são apenas sugestões de melhoria, nada que tenha atrapalhado o excelente final de semana que passamos lá.
