Não atendeu a expectativa

Infelizmente, nossa estadia não foi boa. Não tivemos serviço de quarto para arrumar o quarto no segundo dia, as toalhas não eram de boa qualidade, o chuveiro parecia um conta gotas e saindo água pela lateral inundando o banheiro, o tampo do vaso solto. O café da manhã estilo buffet onde todos se serviam, não estava dentro dos moldes de assepsia para combate ao vírus.

Não contém com internet. Diz que tem, mas não tem wi fi nos quartos. Pra se conectar tinha que ficar na piscina no meio dos mosquitos Voltei antes da hora pois tinha que trabalhar

Ideal para quem fica pouco tempo no quarto

A pousada está posicionada em um ótimo local, pois fica perto da entrada da praia de geribá. Os quartos são simples, porém confortáveis e bem cuidados. Não esperem um local super luxuoso, pois esta não é a proposta da pousada. O preço foi bastante acessível para a época (reveillon) e atendeu de maneira satisfatória o meu desejo que era de ficar pouco tempo no quarto. Evidente que algumas coisas precisa melhorar. Há, no quarto, recado de que as toalhas seriam trocadas de dois em dois dias, porém isso não ocorreu. A roupa de cama também deixou a desejar, pois só foi trocada no quarto dia. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor, muito básico. Por fim, solicitei três vezes a reposição de água no frigobar e não fui atendido em nenhuma delas. Só consegui a água quando esperei a recepcionista para buscar o produto.

Excelente custo beneficio

Atendeu as nossas expectativas em todos os sentidos. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos, destaque para a Cristina, foi extremamente solicita e atenciosa para com todas as nossas solicitações. O único ponto que merece ser revisto é o horário do café da manhã que começa às 08:30h e o sinal do Wi-Fi que não chegou em nosso quarto.

Abandonado!

Infelizmente, o hotel está abandonado. Além de nos colocarem um um quarto extremamente pequeno (mal cabiam a cama, nossa bagagem e nós mesmos), as tomadas não funcionavam. Tínhamos que pular por sobre nossas bolsas para chegarmos no banheiro. Os móveis estão velhos, as portas quebradas, o jardim largado. O café da manhã é razoável, mas os pães estavam murchos e os bolos duros. Além disso, o salão é tão apertado que se três pessoas resolvessem se servir ao mesmo tempo, é trombada na certa. A localização é ótima, mas existem várias outras opções melhores no mesmo local. Problemas sérios de administração.
