Amei o Chamos Hostel!

Minha estadia foi ótima, nao tenho do que reclamar. Funcionários muito atenciosos, ambiente bonito e limpo, cozinha completa, enfim, voltaria mais vezes!

A Estadia foi em sua maioria boa, com segurança e boa receptividade, porém seria necessário uma manutenção nas camas (barulhentas) e ar condicionado (que não resfria).

Estadia de acordo com o preço. Meu descontentamento foi com taxas extras que surgiram como a do café da manhã,l. No site da Hotels.com aparecia "Café Incluso", expliquei isso e mostrei, no entanto, me cobraram uma taxa relativamente alta pra um pão com queijo e presunto, uma mini xícara de café e um iogurte aguado, com 5 rodelas de banana envelhecida, a cobrança foi justificada pelo valor que este site repassaria ao hostel, o que na concepção da recepcionista era muito baixo pra uma hospedagem. (Ora, então porque anunciam no site esse valor?) O ar condicionado que diziam ser ligado às 21h, por duas vezes deu 22h e não estava ligado. Não sei se acaso se faziam de sonsos, mas se eu não descesse pra pedir, eles não ligavam, assim como não ligaram em um dia de estadia. Antes do Check-in entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp e até hoje não tive resposta, imagina se eu precisasse avisar algo e enviasse mensagem? Ao que parece lá não há funcionários fixos, apenas pessoas em troca de estadia o que compromete o atendimento por não serem pessoas estritamente capacitadas para atendimento ao público. No mais, fica difícil retornar a um ambiente assim.

Estabelecimento extremanente acolhedor, seguro e limpo. Os funcionários são super atentos às necessidades dos hóspedes, dão valiosas dicas sobre passeios e demais entretenimentos. Voltarei com certeza.

Péssimo serviço e pouco respeito dos donos.

Cama horrível, completamente desconfortável. Chuveiro vazando água gelada. Diz ter arrumação diária mas não tivemos arrumação em nenhum dia da estadia, sequer fomos perguntados se gostaríamos que o quarto fosse limpo. Café da manhã péssimo. Proprietários não respeitam horário de silêncio dos hóspedes, fazendo muito barulho durante a madrugada. Local não traz benefício nenhum pra cidade, não há funcionários no hostel, não emprega moradores da cidade nem as inclui. Proprietários não são brasileiros e por isso não devem achar isso necessário. PIOR HOSTEL QUE JÁ FIQUEI NA MINHA VIDA.
